Event Parking

On-Campus Parking
(Preferred)

All Traffic

Due to the high traffic volumes for the event, there may be some difficulty finding parking spots in the North or South Lot. We recommend finding parking on campus and taking the Memorial Mall shuttle to get to the event. More information about the shuttle stops and routes are available below.

Northbound Traffic US52/231

When entering from US52/231, take the right turn onto Martin Jischke Dr., take the third exit at the roundabout, and enter the North Lot for parking. This lot will have shuttle service to and from the event. Please do not walk to the event from this parking lot.

Southbound Traffic US 52/231

Southbound traffic  should take the right turn onto Airport Rd. and follow directions from our volunteers to enter the South Lot. We will have limited golf cart service and a pedestrian path to the event from this lot.

Sponsors and VIPs

Follow directions to the “Purdue University Airport” and enter Airport Rd. from US52/231. We will be sending out parking passes to these guests via email. We ask that these passes be either printed out prior to the event, or be ready to shown on your mobile device upon arrival. This will help to reduce traffic backup entering the airport significantly. We greatly appreciate your cooperation!

Drop-off Lanes

New to Purdue Aviation Day, we will be offering drop off lanes near the entrance to the event. Guests will have the option to drop off passengers from their vehicle or pass through and access the South Lot. Please utilize the sidewalk, available the length of the drop-off lane, to access the event entrance. The drop-off lanes will be one-way only for vehicles.

Starting at 1:30pm, the drop-off lanes will only be accessible to guests parked in the South Lot.  At this time, Aviation Drive will only allow traffic to exit the South Lot and travel through the drop-off lane will change directions (towards US 52/231).
